In the Blink of an Eye

I can't believe that this was us an entire year ago. I could have sworn it was just last week.

Do excuse the look on my face. I have just been through
natural childbirth, what do you expect?

As of today my baby is not a baby anymore, and it's bittersweet. I've caught a few glimpses of toddlerhood recently -- the tantrums have started, wanting to stand up (not stand still!) all the time, saying "words" (even if only his mother understands them), heartier laughs, Dad is looking much more enticing than Mom in certain situations, he likes to give kisses and hugs, and his sibling interactions are moving up a play level.
