Overheard in the back seat of our van yesterday:

Emme: My mom is cool because she likes little kids and she looks like ME!

Cody: My mom is cooler because she has striped (said 'stripe-id') hair.

Hannah: My mom is sooooo cool because she teaches us rock-n-roll (I look back to see a little headbanging and some pretty good air guitar going on).

Emme: And she teaches us about God, Hannah.

Hannah: Yeah, and that.
