Dr. Emme and Dr. Kelly performed surgery on a tiny patient, a one Thomas Raggedyann J(lastname), this morning. Pulse fine, blood pressure fine. No physical anomalies or birth defects. Exploratory surgery was not successful in highlighting a diagnosis.
As we stitched the patient back up using 4.0 nylon sutures, Dr. Emme proposed a diagnosis with a imaginative intellect for which I, as head surgeon, can be eternally grateful.
dx: perimenopause

Looks like Dr. Emme has a very interesting future in medicine - perhaps doing more research into the role of hormones? :) Cute blog!
