I wanted to wait to do a "weight loss" blog until I hit -25 pounds (one pound to go!). But I made a decision today and I have to document it. NO MORE POP. Really, I'm done with it. I've wrestled with the decision, but you know, I realized that I can have a life and not drink pop. Amazing, to think that it's possible!
Yeah, I'm still losing weight, but I know it would come off faster without the soda. My health, my body, my future is more important than the d*mn carbonation! I also know that you are reading this, Mom, and so you will hold me to it ;-)

Good for you!!! If it helps you stay away from the stuff, just remember how awful the carbonation is for your bones! Congrats on the weight loss!!!! :)
